We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager at Dallas or Houston to manage and grow sales within their assigned region, meet and exceed revenue targets, and ensure high profitability while adhering to our sales and service policies. This role focuses on new business generation, nurturing existing relationships, and providing technical support to clients.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years in consulting sales, customer experience, negotiation, or technical service.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, accountability, discipline, resilience, and results-oriented.
- Knowledge:
- 3 years of technical or consulting sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Use of Salesforce or CRM.
- Expertise in social selling and LinkedIn.
- Additional: Must own a car for transportation.
Your Activities
- Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of equipment, spare parts, and services to meet revenue and profit goals.
- Follow up on generated leads and generate new leads through LinkedIn and social selling.
- Develop annual sales forecasts and define clear, measurable objectives.
- Provide regular updates to the Commercial Director and maintain detailed records in Salesforce.
- Stay informed about our products to offer technical support and negotiate pricing with clients.
- Oversee all sales-related activities, from equipment selection to shipping and payment collection.
- Monitor market trends, identify potential customers, and develop an annual master plan to optimize time and resources.
- Coordinate promotional activities like regional shows and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide first-level technical assistance to customers in case of equipment failures.
