Consultor Técnico de Aplicaciones Poliuretano Automotriz (Auto TS)

Main Objective:

Provide specialized and timely technical services in polyurethane materials, primarily for products in the automotive industry such as seats, carpets, steering wheels, and interior roofs, within the Mexico region.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience working with polyurethane materials in automotive interior products such as seats, carpets, steering wheels, and roofs.
• Previous experience with polyurethane material suppliers is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of high- and low-pressure polyurethane foaming machines and physical testing of final samples.
• Advanced English.
• The candidate should be a chemist, specialist, technical service engineer, or process engineer.
• The candidate should know the formulation, process parameters, and PU applications in the automotive industry.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience in developing customized products and innovative solutions for automotive seats, NVH foams, and integral skin foams.
• Analytical skills to assess market performance and generate new product ideas.

Your Activities

• Technical Support:
• Provide professional technical support to polyurethane customers, especially during on-line product testing.
• Quickly and efficiently resolve issues, including customer complaints.
• Collaboration:
• Work with sales and technical teams to develop new customers and achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate with global R&D teams to offer innovative solutions and product alternatives.
• Market Analysis:
• Identify new customer needs, industry trends, and analyze the performance of own and competitor products.
• Gather market information to support product development and sales strategies.
