Objective: Leading and coaching our Sales Development Representatives to deliver Initial Meetings (IMs) and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for our Account Executive team
Knowledge & Skills:
5+ years in sales, sales/business development, marketing, or customer service for a technical product
3+ years management experience in sales, sales/business development, marketing, or customer service
Experience building out new SDR team segments, including processes and strategies
Experience with CRM software (Hubspot preferred)
Experience with prospecting tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Jiminny, hunter, apollo.io, snov etc.
Experience in sales operations and/or marketing automation software preferred
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
